They are both ordained (Paul) and licensed (Ashley) members in good standing or World Ministry Fellowship, and faithfully provide quarterly and annual financial reports to WMF. 

They are member of “Victory Family Center” Missions Church in Brazil, “Grace Christian Fellowship” in the USA and “The house of Prayer” in Singapore . 

Paul is a US citizen, while Ashley is Singaporean they are both permanent resident card holders of Brazil since 2003, and pay taxes on ministry and personal income in the U.S. and Brazil. 

Of all donations received into the general fund we pay a 10% tithe and approximately 20% + annually is donated to other mission’s work on five continents. 

100% of funds donated to specific project is used only for that designated project unless otherwise requested or noted by donors. 

They are the founders of “Global Equip Ministries L.L.C. Inc.” (2002) which is registered with the US government as a Church and able to provide US tax deductable receipts as a 5o1c3 NGO. “Global Equip” is also a fully registered not for profit, religious, NGO in Brazil. 

The Global Equip Ministry board consists of two friends, two pastors, and Paul and Ashley Perry in the USA and a lawyer, businessman, friends and pastor in Brazil.

All donations in Singapore to our DBS account or via check to "Ashley Tan Perry" are deposited by our Pastor from our Singapore account directly into the US Global Equip ministry account when a specific value is reached.
